Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Workinspanish, we strive to provide a flexible and supportive learning experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Free Trial Class

We offer a 15–30 minute trial class free of charge. This session is not binding and does not imply any obligation to continue.

2. Booking and Payment

Once you confirm your schedule and complete the payment, your class(es) will be officially booked.

3. Cancellation by the Student

  • You may reschedule a class with at least 48 hours’ notice, at no extra charge.

  • If you cancel a class with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Please note: Payments are non-refundable.

  • In case of illness or emergency, please contact us at info@workinspanish.com and we will evaluate your case individually.

4. Cancellation by the Instructor

If the instructor needs to cancel a class for any reason, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

  • If you purchased a single lesson and wish to cancel you may do so by writing to info@workinspanish.com within the next 15 days to the purchase.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Packages of classes are usually not refundable.

  • Used or expired classes are not refundable.
