All classes are held online and last 55 minutes, allowing full scheduling flexibility and access from anywhere in the world.
Classes take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 21:00 (Spanish time). Within this range, we offer flexibility to adapt to the student’s availability.
You only need a computer or tablet and a stable internet connection. Classes are conducted via Google Meet, and you will receive a link by email to join each session. No software installation is required.
We use Google Classroom to centralize all content. There, you will find session materials, personalized activities, vocabulary, summaries, and your progress. You can access everything at any time from your computer or mobile device.

We adapt the approach based on each student’s starting point.
This depends on the initial level and objectives, but since we work with practical and relevant content, students typically notice improvements within the first few weeks, especially in confidence and fluency.

If you decide to continue after the trial class and purchase lessons, we do not offer refunds. For this reason, we strongly recommend using the trial session to ensure the methodology and approach are the right fit.
That said, if at any point you feel the classes are not meeting your expectations, we encourage you to share your feedback. We can adjust the approach, content, or pace to better suit your needs.
The process is simple:
- Book a free trial class (15–30 minutes)
You will receive a level assessment before the session. The goal is to understand your needs and objectives. - Purchase your classes
During the trial session, we define the schedule that works best for you. You can pay per individual class or choose a discounted package. - Join online
You will receive a confirmation email with your schedule, tools, and resources. Once your class is confirmed, we will send you the Google Meet link.
You can purchase individual classes or class packages. Payment is processed through our secure payment gateway using card or PayPal.
When you are close to finishing your package, we will notify you so you can renew if you wish. Your schedule and continuity will be maintained without interruption.
- If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will reschedule the class at another available time.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the class will be considered as completed.
- Exceptions: force majeure cases such as illness, accidents, or urgent family situations. These will be assessed individually.
You can pause your classes for a reasonable period with prior notice. We will reschedule your sessions without losing them.
